Type of Course:
Thursdays are the new Fridays at Truro Cookery School. Our Thursday evening classes are all about celebrating the end of the week with a friend, colleague, partner or relative! These classes are booked in pairs of tickets and are an opportunity to chat, cook, perfect your skills in the kitchen and meet other people.
A canapé and a glass of fizz or non-alcoholic equivalent will be served upon arrival. Next, in a ‘cook-along’ format, you’ll make a starter and main course to enjoy with a glass of wine. We will prepare the dessert so you can relax for the rest of the evening.
We change our recipes seasonally but the type of dishes you may enjoy are:
Starter – Salade Lyonnaise with a crispy duck egg
Main – Ribeye steak with Bordelaise sauce & parmentier potatoes
Dessert – chocolate mousse, orange sablé biscuit
When: 7.15pm – 10.15pm
Cost: £140 for 2 people
